  • How does the catering process work from start to finish at my event?
We arrive one and a half hours before serving time to set up all the necessary equipment, including a presentation table, in your backyard or outdoor space. The paella is cooked for one hour on-site and served directly to your guests. After the meal, we clean up the cooking area, break down the equipment, and leave, with our total time at your event being approximately three hours.
  • What is included with the paella catering package?
Each paella order includes a house salad and freshly toasted baguette bread. The salad is made with organic lettuce, spring mix, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, dressed with a house-made vinaigrette featuring Spanish extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, and red balsamic vinegar. The baguette bread, imported from Spain, is toasted on-site and served warm, offering a freshly baked experience.
  • What areas do you travel to for catering events?
We primarily serve Broward and Palm Beach counties, as well as parts of Miami. For larger events, we are available to travel to other locations such as Tampa, Orlando, and Naples. Please contact us for more details about traveling to your specific area.
  • When will the chefs arrive, and how is the serving time scheduled?
Our chefs arrive one and a half hours prior to your scheduled serving time. Serving time refers to when the food has been fully cooked and is ready to be enjoyed by your guests. This ensures the food is fresh and served at its best.
  • How long does it take for you to set up the cooking and serving areas at my event?
Our setup process takes about 30 minutes, during which we prepare the outdoor cooking space, set up the equipment, and create a beautiful presentation table to serve your guests.
  • How much time is needed to cook the paella at my event?
The paella takes approximately one hour to cook on-site, ensuring it’s served fresh and flavorful to your guests.
  • Can I adjust the number of guests after I book my event?
Yes, you can change the number of guests up to five days before the event. This allows flexibility in finalizing your guest count as the event date approaches.
  • When is the deposit required, and what does it secure?
The deposit is due once you confirm the proposal, and it secures your event date on our calendar. We recommend submitting the deposit early to ensure your preferred date is reserved.
  • What is the contingency plan if it rains on the day of the event?
If it rains, we come prepared with a tent to continue cooking outdoors. We can also set up the presentation and serving tables indoors, allowing your event to proceed smoothly despite the weather.
  • Can the food be served indoors, even if it’s cooked outside?
Yes, while we cook outdoors, we can set up the presentation and serving tables indoors for your guests to dine comfortably, whether for weather concerns or personal preference.
  • Is it possible for you to cook the paella inside my kitchen?
No, we cook exclusively outdoors due to safety and the nature of paella preparation. Our equipment is designed for outdoor use, providing an authentic paella cooking experience.
  • Do you require any electrical hookups for the cooking equipment?
No, we don’t need electricity for cooking. Our setup is fully powered by propane tanks, making it flexible and self-sufficient for outdoor events.
